Credit Card Guarantee

 1. Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act passed by the U.S. Congress, your bank is not allowed to hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank should decide to exercise their right to hold you liable for that $50.00, Redneck Whistles, LLC will reimburse you for that amount, up to the full $50.00. Redneck Whistles, LLC will only cover your liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card was caused by no fault of your own from purchased made with Redneck Whistles, LLC while using our SSL secure server.

 2. In the event that you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of the credit card, according to law, you must notify your credit card company immediately based on the reporting rules and procedures which they have provided you.

SHIPPING

Here at Redneck Whistles, LLC we take special pride and care in every order that is shipped to you. Since we offer products from so many manufacturers, our delivery time will vary from product to product. However, the majority of our products will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS Ground within THREE TO SIX BUSINESS DAYS following ORDER PLACEMENT.

WE SHIP ONLY IN THE USA, INCLUDING ALASKA and HAWAII via FEDEX, UPS or USPS. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE INSURED.

SHIPPING RATES

The majority of our orders will be sent by USPS Priority Mail®. Our products have been individually priced to include shipping and handling fees. Our basic shipping price structure is as follows:

• Flat Rate small box (12 1/2″ x 9 1/2″) $5.00
• Flat Rate small box (8 5/8″ x 5-3/8″ x 1 5/8″) $5.00
• Flat Rate medium box (13 5/8 ” x 11 7/8″ x 3 3/8″) $10.00
• Flat Rate Large box* (12″ x 12″ x 5 1/2″) $15.00 *up to 70 lbs.

Next day, 2-day, 3-day rates are available for additional fees. For faster shipping, please request as needed and we will provide appropriate quotes prior to any order being placed. 

Due to shipping agent rates, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional fees.

A physical street address is required for every order. 

Oversized items, such as boats and kayaks, will require additional fees and must be manually calculated. Final shipping costs may be confirmed prior to shipping and processing payment.

Email or call us if you have any questions and we’ll do whatever it takes to serve you. Most of our inventory is in stock and can be shipped immediately.

Below is an example of our standard rates are based on order values. Rates are subject to change and will reflect the rate changes of our shipping agents. 

SALES TAX

New Mexico residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

If the package or product was damaged in shipment or you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact Redneck Whistles within 48 hours of delivery by calling Customer Service at 505-620-6883 or contact us by e-mail to make return arrangements. Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In an effort to expedite the replacement or repair process, we will often request the item be shipped directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

If we made a mistake on your order, your purchase will be reimbursed upon return of the item.

Redneck Whistles requests that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around, for the issuance of credit, reimbursement or exchange.
